Refund and Returns Policy
At PrintYourPlans, we’re committed to providing you with high-quality architectural prints. We understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below:
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund or re-print and reship your order at no extra cost to you if you can provide evidence of damage. Our courier tracks all packages so we will know if something goes amiss during delviery.
- For missing parcels: Please contact us within 3 business days of your estimated delivery date if your order hasn’t arrived. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and, upon confirmation of a lost parcel, process your refund or re-shipment.
- For damaged parcels: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the prints themselves, please take clear photographs of the damage and contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We may ask you to provide further evidence before processing your refund or re-shipment.
Misprints
We strive for accuracy in every print. If you receive prints with a misprint (e.g., incorrect scale, blurry lines (not as a result of your file quality), incorrect colors that deviate significantly from your provided files), we will issue a full refund or re-print and reship your order.
- Reporting a misprint: Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order if you identify a misprint. To help us understand the issue and improve our services, we may ask for photographs of the misprinted items and a detailed description of the discrepancy.
- Customer-supplied file errors: Please note that we are not responsible for misprints resulting from errors in the architectural plan files provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect dimensions in the original file, low-resolution files leading to pixelation, typos within the design). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and quality of the files submitted for printing.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at orders@printyourplans.co.uk or 01228 544144. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the issue has been confirmed and approved by our team. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
